· Omotenashi,Japan

The Japantoday definition “Omotenashi” involves the subjugation of self in service to a guest, without being “servile”. Anticipating needs is at the heart of the concept." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xlf-gQZa3Y

Whilst this may seem like a Gee-Whiz-Wow! statement to the world; its point of origin is ancient Sanskrit "atiti-devo-bhavah" - your guest is no less than divine so must be treated with respect.

Modern Japanese standards of service are unbeatable and the world has much to learn from Japan.

Consulting and Teaching services require relentless focus and empathy with care to detail. Every life we touch is as important as our own. We will never let you down.

Omo10ashi believe that "atiti-devo-bhava" cannot be faked; you either feel it or you fail. With 2020 just around the corner this will become a meme!
